70 bucks huh Kip? about a nickel bag worth of kay-sh brah? LOL Kip then bought more weed with that extra money, and came up with even more projects which saved him money, he's saved so much money he was able to quit his full time sales job at Radio Shack.

I am thinking of doing this. I have an old laptop. It has 4 batteries inside. I looked online and they are like $3 each. So I can get a new battery for only 12 bucks! Of course, saving 70 bucks is totally worth burning you face off for.

if you dont got the equipment then just go get a knife with a sharp tip and then put it over a stove and let it burn till its orangeish and boom there you go.

 hey, its not impossible, I happen to have a Radioshack soldering iron in my junk drawer, and i know how to use it too! ...then again, i DO do a lot of dissassembly of old circuit boards for the components, its a great way to recycle (keeps the boards from ending up in a dump in china),

as well as a great way to get good components for free Don't get me wrong, if you've got the equipment and know how to use it, I think it's great, and probably saves you a lot of money! I just imagine that most people probably don't know how to solder.

Then again, those people probably wouldn't be looking up a video on how to recycle a laptop battery, lol.uhhh, you can buy a soldering gun and solder at hardware stores, electronics stores, craft stores, and hobby stores. If I had to venture a guess, I'd say that you have at least ONE of those nearby
